What's the matter? 

Presently, the health of people have become gold and gradually getting conscious about their health and to maintain good healthy health - one because they want to look good - feel good and act actively.

It is actually, I can say that they are acting on precautionary measures and the information that they obtained via unauthorized people. 

Second is, that they want to prevent occuring major problems.

Basically, heart disease is something that is so common that people want to prevent.

Various causes of heart disease, could be leading to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, valve malfunctioning , thickening of arteries in the body, obesity and mostly by stress.

Most of these causes are due to our faulty lifestyle and false attitude.

So, here are few tips which would help you to prevent varieties of these heart problems.

1) Reduce your cholesterol level  

There are 3 types of fats, saturated fats, unsaturated fats and trans fats.

As far as trans fats are concerned, totally avoid them, as far as possible and these you get from processed food - refined food - stored food - packeted food - roasted food and fried foods.

A limited quantity of saturated fats are being absorbed by our body but it could be dairy products, like cheese, milk and ghee.

These should be taken in a limited quantity, i.e. a spoon of ghee in a day and fresh cottage cheese could be taken but a very limited quantity.

Third type of fat is unsaturated fat, which you get from peanuts and other nuts, seeds, olive oil and so on, actually this fat is supposed to be very good fat, person should consume this fat because this fat really helps in removing the blockages from our system.

As it provides a healthy cholesterol to support healthy heart and very importantly, understand that we should avoid as far as possible - alcohol, smoking and non vegetarian food.

2) Work on your mind Cardiac issue is more common in type A personalities.

These are, those personalities who want to do things in a rush,  they want everything perfect and quick, they hurry, but finally worry, this leads to create the whole problem with their system, their speedy thinking.

They need to perform and so on. So, here what is required is, the person has to calm himself down, person can't expect perfection in the outside world, indeed, he has to maintain perfection within himself, he should do things perfectly but expecting from others faults hood advices, is going to bring the chaos in his life especially life becomes miserable too.

The blood pressure will shoot up, cholesterol is will shoot up and that will create problems in his normalcy.


Yoga



Yoga always says that do things perfectly but in a calm state of mind and to bring calmness in your body, these are meditative techniques available which person should do very regularly.

Such habits, we have to form in our life because these are very sensitive times when usually heart attacks occur.

Even during sleep if you have consumed very heavy food, more than half of your stomach, it is going to be a very risky factor, so try and eat little with calm mind and then sleep after 3 hours of your last meal. All these things should be a regular practice of your life indeed.

3) Yoga emphasizes on keeping body tension free, the tension in our body is received first in our abdominal region, so this abdomen has to be kept relaxed and flexible. Here is one Pranayama which would help you to do:

Lie down on you back, fold your legs and then keep your one arm on your stomach, while breathing in, move your abdominal muscle little up, while breathing out push your abdomen muscles in.

Another posture for relaxation is, very popular which is called as Shavasana. All these tips which we tell, please understand and have to apply them in to our life day to day life style, unless you do, you won't benefit.

Learn to work without stress and tension, without stress you can work much more and much happily and have a right attitude towards your life - try and see that you discipline your body, have your routine healthily and properly and try and see that you take care of every part of your body thoroughly well.
